Hi! I’m Cassidy Figueredo, LICSW, MPH, PMH-C. I am a licensed mental health therapist who works with women navigating change, stress, and joy in many different seasons of life.

Therapeutic Approach

I use narrative therapy to examine how the stories we tell ourselves shape our experiences in life and relationships. With a trauma-informed lens, I help clients disrupt stress cycles by challenging unhelpful stories, understanding relationship patterns, setting boundaries, managing expectations, and identifying what matters most to the client. I use principles of self-compassion to support clients in caring for themselves in a sustainable way.
