These therapeutic tools are designed by me (a licensed therapist) with Master’s Degrees in Social Work & Public Health, as well as a certificate in perinatal mental health (PMH-C) from Postpartum Support International. They are rooted in evidence-based practices, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, as well as my own lived experiences as a person, provider, mother, wife, sister, daughter, and friend.
